He is an actor... Well since Rashad's chances at an NBA spot wasn't looking good, McCants decided to create his own job... Rashad is now  the featured star of a web series show called " The Booster Club"...It is a show about a high end shoplifting ring.... McCants who is one of the executive producers of  the series, plays the bisexual leader of the ring.....Peep the pics and footage below...Like Erykah Badu says...
