....Yes it's true and even though the couple have been separated since Feb of last year, the divorce papers were not filed until recently.....According to sources, Kevin is going hardcore and is asking for joint custody of their 2 kids; Heavenly and Hendricks . Kevin has also requested no spousal support for his ex-wife to be and has petitioned the court to restrict his spouse and children from leaving the state of California.... According to the divorce documents irreconcilable difference seems to be the reason for the split.....Oh Kevin you better hope she doesn't hire that one lady that went in on Eddie Murphy....Well anyway good luck with that!!!!
